Here’s a snapshot of the EBR commercial real estate market for March

  The East Baton Rouge commercial real estate market trended up in March with increases in sales volume and deal velocity, according to Elifin Realty’s latest data. Sales rose by 3.6% last month. The trailing 12-month total dollar volume of sales was $414.8 million at the end of March, compared to $400.1 million at the end of February. Deal velocity increased by a little over 2%.

Mortgage and refinance interest rates today, April 29, 2025: Rates continue falling

   Mortgage interest rates have decreased today. According to Zillow data, the 30-year fixed mortgage rate has dropped by seven basis points to 6.64%, and the 15-year fixed rate is down five basis points to 5.95%.
